What is RoamingSIM?
RoamingSIM and RoamingDATA allow you to roam in over 200 countries and save up to 90% on Global Roaming costs. You can make & receive calls, send SMS and access the internet/emails. Simply replace your ordinary SIM with a RoamingSIM while overseas. You will receive a local Australian landline number for friends & family to call at local call rates. You may forward your usual mobile number if required. Your account is managed online enabling you to Top Up credit with a credit card anytime. Your phone needs to be unlocked and generally less than 5 years old.

For example, if you are travelling to Europe with a stopover in the Middle East or Asia, you will be able to use your phone in all these destinations.
Make and Receive Calls, send SMS
Your RoamingSIM will provide you with a similar experience to your usual mobile service at home. You can make calls in two simple ways, by using our unique "Call through" or "Call Back" functionality. If you want to make use of the cheapest available rates, you may use the "Call Back" system where your phone disconnects and calls you back once you have dialed. You will be required to dial a special prefix.
If you would prefer convenience at slightly higher call rates, you can use our "Call Through" system which enables you to make calls in the usual manner.
SMS are sent as usual and free to receive anywhere in the world.

Access the Internet and Emails
Many travelers require access to emails and the internet while traveling. Whether you are traveling with a Smartphone, Laptop or Tablet device (eg iPhone) our RoamingDATA products will provide a low cost solution for you. Our data rates represent great value in 200+ countries, with rates as low as $1.10 per Mb in a number of popular countries including UK/Europe, India, China and New Zealand.
RoamingSIM phone numbers
Your SIM comes with a permanent +44 UK phone number. The +44 number can be used for calls and SMS. This indicates the reliability of our service, as many cheap calling options have unreliable networks based in countries such as Estonia.
As the +44 is an international number (incurs an international rates), we have provided a unique solution to save your friends and family at home huge amounts on calls to your RoamingSIM. You will receive a local Australian landline number for the capital city nearest to you. Your callers from home can use this number at local call rates. The number is free for the first month and incurs a small monthly fee approx AUD$8) should you wish to extend it. Local numbers are also available for rent in over 50 countries around the world, so you can provide a local contact number where you may need it.
Please note text messages must be sent to the +44 UK phone number as you cannot text a landline number.
A further unique benefit of the local number is the ability for you to divert your usual (existing) mobile number (Call Diversion) if you wish. This can only be done to your local landline number, as Australian telco providers do not permit this for international numbers. Please note that you can only receive Voice calls NOT text messages sent to your existing mobile when your existing mobile is diverted.
If you would prefer callers not to know that you are calling from a different mobile service, you may wish to take advantage of our “Caller Line Identification” (CLI) feature. You can set your number so that it displays your usual mobile number to the receiver of your call.

Once you register your RoamingSIM, you will create a username and password. You can then login to your account and manage it online including the following features:
